Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
Berth Right MGMT LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BerthRight — Marina Management Platform
Our Commitment
BerthRight is committed to making our website and product accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to conform to widely recognized accessibility standards and to identify and fix barriers as we find them.
Conformance Target
Our accessibility target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We are also working toward conformance with the more recent WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard as we continue to improve the site and product.
WCAG 2.1 AA is not currently a legal requirement for a business like BerthRight under federal disability law, but it is the standard most widely used by courts, regulators, and businesses as the practical benchmark for private-sector web accessibility, and we’ve adopted it as our own target for that reason.
Scope
This statement covers:
- The BerthRight marketing website (berthright.app and its public pages).
- The End-User-facing booking interface — the pages boaters use to view availability, make reservations, and manage their account with a marina that uses BerthRight.
A note on the marina staff console: BerthRight’s internal operator console (used by marina staff for day-to-day management — billing, reporting, configuration, etc.) is a separate interface with its own accessibility work in progress. We are extending the same WCAG 2.1 AA target to the staff console over time, but our near-term focus has been the public-facing marketing site and the End-User booking interface, since those reach the widest and most varied audience. If a marina staff member needs an accommodation to use the operator console, please contact us using the information below and we will work with you directly.
Current Status and Known Limitations
We are at the beginning of our formal testing program. A structured audit (automated scanning plus manual keyboard and screen-reader testing) is planned, and this section will list its actual findings as they are identified. Areas we already expect to need work include:
- Keyboard navigation across the booking flows, which we expect to require manual testing and fixes.
- Screen reader behavior on dynamic, interactive components — calendar and availability pickers in particular.
- Color contrast across UI themes, including white-label marina branding themes, where operator-chosen colors may not meet contrast minimums.
We do not currently claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA. This statement will be updated as issues are identified and fixed.
Measures We Are Putting in Place
- Automated accessibility scanning (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) is being integrated into our testing process.
- Manual keyboard-only navigation testing of key user flows is being introduced, beginning with the booking flow.
- Manual screen reader testing of those same flows is being introduced.
- Color contrast review of text and interactive elements is being added to our design and review process.
- Review of new features against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria before release is being built into how we ship changes.
Feedback and Remediation
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in the BerthRight product, please let us know:
- Email: info@berthright.app
- Phone: (609) 881-2656
Our commitment: We will acknowledge your feedback within 3 business days, and we will work with you to either remediate the specific barrier or provide an alternative way to accomplish what you were trying to do while a fix is in progress.
Alternative Access
If any part of our website or product is not accessible to you, we’re glad to help by phone or email so you (or the marina you’re working with) can still get what you need — whether that’s information about the Service, help making a reservation, or account assistance. Contact us at info@berthright.app or (609) 881-2656.

VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report
A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) / Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is in development. If your procurement process requires one, contact info@berthright.app for current status and timeline.
We are preparing this documentation specifically because many of our customers are municipal, county, or port-authority-owned marinas that are themselves subject to public-sector accessibility requirements for their own services, and need documentation of BerthRight’s conformance as part of their procurement process.
