Common Questions
How do I sign my contract?
Check your email for a signing link from the marina. Click "Review and Sign Contract" to get started. You can also sign from your customer portal under Contracts.
How do I make a payment?
Log in to your customer portal and go to Payments. You can pay outstanding invoices with a credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer.
How do I request a transient slip?
Visit the marina's docking request page (linked from their website) or log in to your portal and go to Transient to submit a request.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the portal login page and click "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link via email.
How do I update my vessel information?
Log in to your customer portal and go to your Profile page. You can add, edit, or remove vessels from there.
